Learn with an Opera Singer: “Caro mio ben”

Use your at-home time to learn a song – and in Italian – with Utah Opera’s Resident Artists as your guides. They illustrate how they learn art songs in step-by-step lessons:  a general introduction to the project, then the rhythm, then melody, then language and characterization.  In the fifth lesson our Resident Artist pianist will help you put it all together. She has also recorded the accompaniment in both the low and high keys, so you can practice with our pianist.  Print a copy of the music, and learn this beautiful and famous Italian art song with our artists!
