Ticket Exchange and Voucher Redemption
Please have your tickets or vouchers in hand before beginning the online ticket exchange process. Once you click “submit”, your exchange request will be processed within 24 hours. You will receive an email confirmation when the exchange is submitted, and another when it is processed.
Tickets may be exchanged up to 24 hours prior to the performance for $5 per ticket (free for season ticket holders) plus any price difference.
IMPORTANT: All tickets and vouchers have a unique number and barcode. Once a ticket or voucher has been exchanged or returned, it can no longer be used to attend a performance. To avoid accidental use, please tear up and discard your returned tickets immediately.
