Staff member Kathleen Sykes (Digital Content Producer), shares her experience with anxiety and how listening to music provided a therapeutic remedy for her. Utah Opera Resident Artist, Quinn Middleman shares how performing music provides an avenue for expressing emotions in troubling times.
