Once Upon a Song

OVERVIEW

Join the Utah Opera Resident Artists as they share some of their favorite stories through song. From Hansel & Gretel to Cinderella, Romeo & Juliet to Moby Dick (and many more) this 90-minute concert of opera and musical theater selections is a celebration of music’s greatest muse: Literature. This performance is free and open to the public.

This concert is presented as part of the Utah Opera Resident Artists’ week-long residency in Grand and San Juan counties, which includes free performances for schools throughout southeastern Utah. Utah Opera would like to thank the Joseph & Kathleen Sorenson Legacy Foundation for their generous sponsorship in support of this residency.
