The Utah Opera Studios Have Been Yarnbombed.

Possibly the most exciting part of my job is when someone rushes into my office and says “Grab the camera, and follow me.” Today was no exception. The Utah Opera Production Studios have been yarnbombed.

We have two statues out front of Orpheus and Eurydice, and they are sporting some new musical outfits today.
Orpheus has a snazzy vest with f-holes:

And Eurydice has a dress with this great heart made of the bass and treble clefs:

I talked briefly with the artist and she added that Eurydice’s skirt has five ruffles, to copy the five lines of the staff:
